How to book, reschedule or cancel a consultation or procedure appointment at Revive61.

Booking a consultation
Consultations can be requested through the website form, by phone or by WhatsApp at +91 70658 67584. The clinic will confirm your date and time within clinic hours (Daily, 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM).
Rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a consultation. For procedure appointments, we prefer 48–72 hours’ notice so we can reallocate theatre and staff time fairly.
Cancellations
Please cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice. Consultation fees, if any, are non-refundable once a slot is confirmed, unless the clinic cancels or asks you to rebook.
Late arrival
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to rebook your appointment if the next patient is waiting, so that other consultations stay on schedule.
No-show
Missed appointments without notice may require rebooking. Advance deposits for procedures, if taken, are handled case-by-case with the clinic.
Procedure-day changes
If you are medically unfit on the day of a procedure, the procedure may be postponed for your safety. Please follow all pre-operative instructions shared during consultation.
